Ordering
Browse products, choose your size and color, add the item to cart, and complete checkout with your full name, phone number, address, governorate, order notes, and location when needed.
Product Availability
Products are available online only. Product availability, colors, sizes, pricing, and offers may change depending on stock and collection updates.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is currently available within Greater Cairo only. Delivery time is 1-5 business days. Free shipping applies to orders above 3,000 EGP. Shipping details for other governorates will be announced later.
Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Return requests are accepted within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and original tags must remain attached.
Shipping Costs For Exchanges & Returns
The customer pays exchange or return shipping fees. Sale items are eligible for exchange and return according to the same conditions.

Available payment methods are Cash on Delivery and INSTAPAY.
